This is to initiate size exchanges for a previously purchased Lombardi Sweater. Please follow the directions below.
Step 1) Neatly fold the Lombardi sweater into the original clear plastic packaging.
Step 2) Email brigade.board.ig@gmail.com the size you currently have and inquire if the size you want is in stock. If your email response is yes, proceed to step 3.
Step 3) Purchase this product in the size that you want to exchange for.
Step 4) We will issue you a return label via email after you purchase the exchange.
Step 5) Return the package using the return label you received.
Once we receive your sweater we will mail out your new size.
If your needed size is not in stock there are 2 options. First option is to do a refund. Second option is to wait for the 2nd round of pre-orders to be delivered (ECD end of summer) in which I also plan to order additional sizes for exchanges.
