Brigade Board announces that the expanded polystyrene insulation utilized in its insulating system has been recognized as an Energy Star qualified product. Brigade Board utilizes the GFI insulating system manufactured by Georgia Foam Inc., an Energy Star Partner, that promotes energy efficient building.
“This is an extremely important distinction in our industry,” said Joe Greene, president of Georgia Foam/ Mid-Atlantic Foam, which owns Brigade Board. “It ensures that our customers are getting top quality building materials that will provide lasting value for years to come.”
As an Energy Star Partner, Georgia Foam Inc. partners with the US Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Energy in their efforts to increase quality products to consumers that meet strict energy regulations.
